What platform are your websites built on?

99Sites builds websites on GoHighLevel CMS. GoHighLevel uses Google Cloud servers for fast load times.

Is there really no website build costs?

Yes, there are ZERO build costs for our websites. We offer a monthly subscription model instead for our websites. This means you don't have to pay several thousand dollars just to get a website up and running. Just pay monthly for the duration you would like your website live and operational.

Will my website rank #1 on Google?

We include "Foundational" SEO on all of website initial builds. This means our websites have all the basic SEO content required to be seen favourably by Google (such as h1, h2 tags, keywords, meta tags etc). Ranking #1 in your local area will require continued SEO inputs over time either by yourself or by our team if you purchase an additional SEO package.

Can I access my website?

Yes, you are provided with login information to access your website. You may edit your site images, text, add blogs. However, beyond the initial build, site updates from 99Sites are billed at an hourly rate should you require us to amend your website

Do you provide a domain?

No, we connect your domain (owned by you) from all major domain providers, Godaddy, Cloudflare, Name Cheap etc.

What if I already have a website?

It's unlikely your existing website is built on Highlevel CMS, so our sites would simply replace your existing (presumably poor-performing) website. Once we connect the domain records to your HighLevel site, your existing domain will now be linked to the new design we make for you.

What does "template design" mean

Our designs are templated, which means you are given several design options to choose from, and then during the build we customise the images, logos, and colours to make it unique to your business. If your business does not have a logo or images, stock imagery and a Canva logo will be used.

How do I get leads and notifications from the website?

All form submissions will be emailed to your designated email address.

What happens if I stop paying my monthly subscription?

We offer up to 30 days' leniency for unpaid accounts. After 30 days your website login access may be revoked, and your website design unpublished.

Can I transfer my website to another CMS?

Please see our content and technology ownership policy for further information. Should you, the client, decide to discontinue our services or migrate to another platform or service provider, it is your sole responsibility (or your new website developer) to make backups of your website content.

Phone and Email costs are passed onto you through our Wallet system. Credits can be automatically added when the Wallet system is depleted below a certain threshold. More can be found in our terms and conditions regarding phone, email, automation & AI charges.
